Corrections
Deposit and withdrawal rules change often, so an article will sometimes fall behind. This page explains how we handle corrections, and logs publicly what we've changed — so you can see how the content is maintained.
Corrections policy
If you find an error in an article — a step that's changed, a claim that's off, a dead link, wording that's easy to misread — please tell us. Write to [email protected] and say which page it is, the exact line, and what you believe is correct (a screenshot or link to the official page you saw is ideal, if it's handy).
Once we receive it, we check it ourselves; what we can confirm, we fix, and we date-stamp the update in the article. For more substantive changes, we also log them in the record below. Where we can't verify it, or where we disagree, we'll still reply and explain — we won't pretend we didn't see it. We try to own our mistakes and leave a trail when we fix them.
Correction log
Below are the more notable corrections, newest first. Anything involving a specific figure is presented as "a range, and go by Gate's official page", so these corrections are mostly small fixes to wording and framing rather than rewrites of some committed number.
On how current the content is
A reminder: even with ongoing corrections, we can't guarantee every piece is fully in line with reality when you read it. Any specific figure tied to fees, limits or arrival ultimately follows whatever Gate's official page shows at the time. The fuller note is in our Disclaimer.
