Chains

That "Select network" dropdown at withdrawal is where beginners freeze, and where things most often go wrong. The same USDT on TRC20, ERC20, BEP20 or Arbitrum can differ tenfold on network fee, and the speeds aren't the same either — and whether the other side can even receive it varies completely. If the two chains don't match, the coins can simply be unrecoverable. These guides take chain selection apart: how to pick a chain by the other side's address, what really separates the chains, whether there's any way back after a wrong pick, whether you need a memo, and how to check a missing transfer yourself. Start with the foundational chain guide first.
